Patrick joined the Balance Legal Capital team in July 2023 as an Investment Manager based in our Sydney office.

Patrick is a qualified solicitor with over 12 years’ litigation experience in Australia, the United Kingdom and offshore. Patrick began his career in the Dispute Resolution team at Allens in Sydney, where he focused on corporate insolvency and restructuring.

In 2011 Patrick moved to London to join the commercial disputes team at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. During his time at Freshfields, Patrick was involved in a wide variety of cross-border disputes and investigations working with clients from around the globe. Patrick’s cases included the largest civil fraud claim to be heard in England and a number of complex matters in the Cayman Islands and other Caribbean jurisdictions.

Patrick has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (German and Modern History) from the University of Sydney and is admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales, Australia.
